Feedback from previous clinics:
"Clarity, straight talking, great advice which was appropriate and tailored towards me - as opposed to a host of generic waffle and a hard sell for other products and services that seems to happen with most other companies."
"Definitely a great investment of my time"
"The half hour spent on the phone with Lindsay was invaluable. You always wonder what recruiters are looking for and what they think of your CV, but you rarely get the opportunity to find out. Lindsay was very thorough and completely honest."
"Very good advise of which PM qualification I should seek certification in. Also great advise regarding the CV and it's suitability for contracting roles."
"Having spent a lot of time recently not knowing which way to turn and how to utilise my skills, I completed the call with a big smile on my face and a confidence in the way forward and my future that I have not experienced for a very long time."
"Whilst job-hunting for the past 6 months, the 30 minutes spent discussing my CV, is most valuable time I have spent instead of applying for jobs."
"Solid advice from somebody who not only understands the world of projects but also career management principles."
"I learnt how to sell myself better in this industry - I realise that I have the necessary attributes but that I must ensure recruiters see that too."
"Clear expectations of what a recruiter or employer expects to see on a CV for a target job. Pause for thought on what I actually want from a new role. Better understanding of what qualities a job advertisment is seeking."
"My experience of recruitment agencies has not been great over the last couple of months and I think to have this kind of a clinic is a win-win situation. Arras get to understand more about a candidate and the candidate can refine his/her application and develop a meaningful understanding with an agent."

CV feedback and perhaps look at other areas of qualification I might need to pursue to secure a career in PM.
I am trying to get further into the Project Management field, with little success so far. I would like advice re: my CV, what my skills, experience and qualifications can be used for, and how I can make myself a more attrractive recruitment candidate.
I am taking my PRINCE2 practitioner course next week, how do you suggest I market myself after this and is it something that will certainly improve my chances of finding a better job?
I would like to review the strategy for finding my next project management role.
I would like to discuss the merits of my CV used to apply for a Profect Office Co-ordinator role, which was turned down. I need to appreciate the shortfalls and correct them. I look forward to a very contructive discussion with you.
Does my CV show enough experience and skills to look for a job in the PMO arena or it is better for me to stick to project manager posts?
I am seeking new opportunities at the moment and am interested to know what my value in the market is at the moment and whether my CV is giving out the right message. Also recommendations on sectors which I should be targetting - I am looking to move into new industry sectors.
I want to discuss my options in gaining a Project Manager job considering that I recently obtained my Prince 2 practitioner accreditation.
I am wanting to get into Project Management. However, having no experience within the field, I need some advice as whether I should study further (I have a degree in IT) or should start at junior level (office co-ordinator) and word my way up. If I do need to study - which courses would you recommend eg Prince 2 etc.
I have no formal PM qualifications, and would like an honest opinion of my current market worth. Recommendations regarding my CV content would also be valuable
I'd like to discuss my CV and skills, the market place at present and the types of jobs you have had coming in recently
I would like to discuss whether my CV puts me in a win position in the Project Management arena. Also to discuss opportunities on the high technology industries (e.g. telecoms, opto-electronics, etc) based on my current experience and also the possibility of changing industries
I am having difficulty finding a PM contract. Could you see if there is a better way to focus my CV?
How does my CV stack up? How might it be improved?
What jobs should I be applying for given my experience and qualifications and desire to advance quickly?
Looking for my first job in project management after relocating to the UK: How capitalise my varied experience in IT projects (Is there a place for a 'generalist' project manager?)
Having worked in a variety of fields and without the title of 'Project Manager' how do I best present myself now? Are qualifications absolutely necessary to get through the door? Do I have to go away and study for a qualification first or, can I gain street cred' through Project Admin?
I think I under sell myself. I think I have many transferable skills and I want to understand how to exploit them
I would like to find out whether it is best for me to train myself on PRIMAVERA (Project Planner) since I am in the Engineering field rather than Prince 2
My career is a bit of a mixed bag and I want to get advice on how I can present my skills and experience to best effect. I am seeking new opportunities at the moment and am interested to know what my value in the market is at the moment and whether my CV is giving out the right message.
I am having difficulty finding a PM contract. Could you see if there is a better way to focus my CV?
I am looking for a new Programme / Project Management role following the threat of redundancy at my current company. I am Prince2 accredited, and I am interested to know whether I should also study for MSP - whether this would increase my options when searching for a new role.

It's amazing how much you can gain from another person's insight."
