Project Manager - Global Development, Compliance and Outsourced Services
Purpose:
Project Manager required to ensure the contract and process compliance for our leisure related client. Reporting at Director level the project Manager will take responsibility for setting the global training strategy for the outsourcing teams as managing Service Level Compliance with the supplier base.
Candidates will have demonstrable experience within the compliance arena underpinned by strong project management skills, knowledge and experience. Comfortable with managing a portfolio of suppliers, outsourced services and vendors (including off-shore) your experience will extend, ideally, to negotiating loss compensation for supplier errors. Educated to degree level or with similar relevant experience the Project Manager will balance this by being a well versed business professional with commercial awareness.
This role operates at a senior level and would suit project managers who are looking for a fresh challenge. The ideal candidate will have extensive operational experience in a process driven organization preferably in the travel or hospitality industries. Experience in designing training programs, delivering training, managing process compliance as well as managing outsourced service providers would be a distinct advantage.
• Set, execute and evaluate training strategy ensuring the global lodging sourcing teams are fully equipped to sell as well as negotiate the best possible terms and conditions • Working with Sourcing Leaders and their reports to identify and manage delivery of appropriate refresher training • Manage, edit and promote self service learning tools including SFDC Solutions, online courses promotion etc. • Ensure compliance with global policies including legal compliance in relation to contract signing. • Manage version control and updating of contract templates • Outsourced Services: Manage workflow incl. performance against metrics, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SLA compliance and conflict resolution with BPO’s incl. Hotel Data Loading providers
