Permanent Project Manager required to lead a team of New Product Development (NPD) project managers to heightened success by way of improving processes to all aspects of the NPD lifecycle within the bathroom suite field based in Staffordshire. Engaging with workstream leads across all functions you will be tasked with analysing processes and bottle necks, producing strategies to streamline and ensuring effective delivery. Candidates with a background in manufacturing / engineering project management experience are invited to apply.
Essential requirements:
Team management experience
Experience of working to a structured Project Management framework from conception to production
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the NPD / NPI lifecycle
Ideally knowledge of bathroom suite NPI (though not essential)
Flexibility to travel across EU regularly (on average 3 days per week)
You will be required to lead regular status meetings – addressing escalated risks and issues and offering solutions to ensure effective and timely delivery of NPD projects. Evaluate and agree project start up strategies. Analyse previous projects (lessons learned etc) in order to improve and progress the NPD process for future initiatives. Provision of MI reporting on a regular basis via presentations and documentation distribution.
