Permanent Project Manager required by client who are a leading player in the Bar & Restaurant design / Hospitality industry based in south west London. Reporting to Director level, you will work directly with key clients and external teams in developing and delivering innovative Bar / Restaurant concepts.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager and an expert in managing clients needs and expectations. You will ideally have a strong background in the food and drink / hospitality / leisure industries. You will be responsible for managing external teams in the end to end delivery of projects, from the creation of restaurant / bar designs & concepts, through to the fit-out stage itself and on to delivering the clients vision in its entirety (including such aspects as menu design, bar staff training etc). All the while you will adhere to our clients best practice Project Management procedures and be responsible for project budgets, planning, resourcing and reporting on progress to senior management. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and creative thinker with outstanding communication skills.

To be part of the proposal process and the accurate costing of projects based upon time and Intellectual Property To attend client briefing meetings and complete deliverables checklists to agree scope of works To professionally and effectively plan, prioritise, communicate and control the delivery of this work against the proposals To attend project meetings, where necessary, and record actions To issue project status reports, timelines and exception reports as required and follow up actions To at all times fully and effectively communicate with the client ensuring that you are fulfilling all deliverables Manage database and ensure effective use of internal consultants, contractors, suppliers and external sub-contractors (designers / bartenders / trainers / kitchen and bar kit / designers and suppliers / music equip consultants / uniform suppliers etc) To take direct responsibility for certain specific aspects of the projects as required and necessary supplier, consultant, contractor etc To ensure you have the most up to date knowledge on all food and drink suppliers, new products and product innovation through the day to day involvement in projects To ensure completion of recruitment and training plans in line with concept proposal and requirements, and ensuring sign off in line with client expectations To ensure strong working relationships with clients and all suppliers
