Interim Head of Projects required to run operations in a project-centric group within our professional services client. Reporting at board level the Head of Projects will lead a mixed team of technical and project management professionals supplying solutions to clients across Europe. In particular you will look to bring structure and order to an otherwise successful and growing organisation.
Candidates will have demonstrable experience of leading within a consultancy or solutions environment coming either as operations or projects lead. Your strong commercial awareness will be evident through dealing directly with clients to build good relationships and ultimately stimulate and develop revenue streams. Coming from a structured process/project environment you will be comfortable introducing process rigour where none has existed before.
This assignment is likely to be between 6-18 months and the right candidate can expect to increase the starting package as they demonstrate their capabilities. This role would suit a partner level consultant or software head who is willing to invest in a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. Please note this is a salaried position and the client will not entertain day rates.
